Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.

I wish you could have provided some more details on your crps, cause, duration, treatment you have been given, because without knowing what you have already tried and failed I might be suggesting some alternative you already know not to have been effective. Age and accompanying conditions might play a role as well.

Anyway the first option for crps are over the counter non steroid antiinflammatory (NSAID) pain killers like Ibuprofen as well as a course of steroid anti inflammatory therapy. If as I suppose you have already tried them then antidepressants are the next step, tricyclic class represented by amitriptyline. Other options would include Gabapentin, Clonidin, Prazosin. If medication isn't effective there are interventional procedures, through injections, sympathetic ganglion blocks or regional sympatholysis.

All those options are prescription ones so should consult your doctor as well.

Also the possibility of that popping and clicking pain not being related to crps must be considered as well with your doctor, as that description isn't typical for crps, it is more compatible with arthritis, so I would also suggest an Xray of your toe, because in that case over the counter NSAID meds are more effective and local steroid injections might be considered as well.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
