Brief Answer:
Go to ER for medical help

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I am sorry about your situation and i can understand you.

For your actual clinical condition you can use aerosol therapy with bronchodilatators (like Ventoline or albuterol) combined with steroids (like Budesonide)

Aerosol help better than inhalers in your situation.

Usually patients with bronchiectasis have already the above medications in your home.

I am not sure if you can take them without prescription.

If not than you should go to ER to get medical help.

Take care and feel free to ask me again
