Question: Hi, my baby is 80 days old and she is suffering from cold and cough. Because of this she couldn't sleep and keeps on crying.
She is sneezing. Kindly advise is there any home remedy.

Babies with cough and cold generally cries due to nose block and congestion at night.

Some home remedies worth trying are moist air helps loosen the mucus in the nasal passages.

You can use A humidifier, cool-mist vaporizer.

Saline drops( homemade saline drops: Dissolve about 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 8 ounces of boiled and cooled water ) and bulb syringes for clearing nose.

But if the problem persists see a doctor.
