Brief Answer:
Please watch closely for adverse symptoms, most likely you will be safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Labetalol and hydrochlorothiazide might cause lowering of blood pressure and reduce the heart rate, especially in patients with diabetes. This combination must be taken under medical supervision only.

2. Hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine might cause lower of blood pressure with reduced heart rate and contractility.

3. Taking an extra amlodipine 10 mg by mistake on a single occasion will most likely not cause you any harm. The chance of adverse events are less likely if you have taken labetalol and losartan with hydrochlorothiazide in the morning and there is more than 12 hours gap in between taking amlodipine and the other medicines.

4. However, please watch closely for any symptoms like headache, dizziness, fainting, changes in pulse or heart beat and if present then consult your doctor immediately. If you do not experience these symptoms over the next few hours then you are safe.

5. Please store your medicines in separate boxes and avoid intake of wrong medicines.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
