Suggest Treatment For Conjunctivitis Sicca

Question: Hi Since i have returned from middle east , my eyes have become very sensitive to sunlight, if i go out in sun even for 15 mins without my sunglasses i have extreme pain in my eyes . With sunglasses i can stay out in sun for maximum an hour . Because of this issue i mostly stay indoors Can please some one advise me how this ailment can be cured , can i venture out again?

It's quite common after exposure to dusty and hot weather of gulf countries. Instilling Artificial tears drops containing methyl cellulose one drop in each eye every 2 nd hourly will be beneficial. Hi Thanks for reply I have been using "refresh" gel but it is not helping much , also when i am in sunlight i am unable to open my eyes fully , opening the eyes half cause pain in the eyes
