Brief Answer:
nasal endoscopy, ct scan paranasal sinuses.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases among st young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask you few more details.

Since when are you having cold episodes? is it associated with sequence of sneezes followed by continuous running nose? Is there any dry cough or head-ache?

Here I am giving possibilities-

1. Allergic rhinitis with sinusitis secondary to deviated nasal septum.

2.vasomotor rhinitis.

I suggest you to to consult ENT surgeon and get detailed ent examination (vasomotor rhinitis), Diagnostic nasal endoscopy (to rule out sinusitis). ct scan para nasal sinuses for polyp (common in allergic rhinitis individuals) and deviated nasal septum.
If you already done all these tests then upload reports.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
