Hello XXXXXXX
Thank for writing to us.
I can understand your concern.

According to your symptoms it could be allergic rhinitis.
I would like to ask you few more details.
Since when are you having symptoms?
Are these medication(wikoryl, zifi and lormeg) prescribed by doctor?
Are you taking these medication? If yes, when did you start medication?
Do you have headache or fever?

Mean time I suggest you Nasal saline drops like Nasoclear. Instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day.
Drink plenty of warm water.Avoid exposure to cold whether and cold food.
Steam Inhalation for 15-20 minutes three times a day.

Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
Start antihistamines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for your information.

According to your symptoms you might be having upper repiratory tract infection.
I would suggest you take Wikoryl(antihistamine) twice a day if you have not started yet.
Along with I also suggest you steam inhalation, nasal decongestant as I said in earlier answer.
Salt water gargles three times a day.

Zifi(cefixime) is an antibiotic. You need not take this medication currently unless you have high fever and persistent symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
