Brief Answer:
Get investigated for obstructive sleep apnea and an Mri brain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
One possibility may be obstructive sleep apnea due to overweight, diabetes, hypertension and probably snoring in sleep.
This leads to incomplete sleep despite on bed for long hours. It is also associated with day time fatigue, sleepiness.
Is there any seizures, loss of consciousness, fever, headache, vomiting, double vision, loss of vision?
You should get evaluated by a neurologist and undergo sleep study called polysomnography.
Mri may also be done but possibility of brain lesion is less likely if no signs and symptoms. But it is advisable to go through this Mri also.
Try to control blood pressure, blood sugar and reduce weight.
Surgical options for obstructive sleep apnea are also present besides Bipap.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
