Brief Answer:
Time to go to the ER or at least an Urgent Care clinic

Detailed Answer:
If you two have been vomiting or 3 days, it is time to go in to be seen. In the ER, they can give you medication that will help shut down the vomiting, and IV fluids. Even if you have been diligently trying to keep hydrated, likely you have lost electrolytes. From my experience with patients with gastroenteritis, I've found that switching to IV fluids for several hours with nothing by mouth during that time usually greatly speeds resolution of the cycle of vomiting.

I see that you live in the U.S. so the cause of your problem may be food poisoning or food infection, or a virus such as Norovirus. It is much less likely in the U.S. to come from contaminated water or insect pathogens.

I am concerned about the neck pain you are describing and this should be evaluated in person. Some enteroviruses can affect the nervous system too.

So go in and be seen now and you will feel better for it.
