requires testing and antibiotics.Revert with clarifications

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome to HCM
I'm Dr Dinah and I'l be answering your queries today.
Sir, I would like to know if this is your first episode of cellulitis or whether it has recurred again. Also since how long do you have this swelling and redness?
Do you have fever as well?Is there any pus or fluid discharge from the skin?
Did you sustain an injury or a wound/bite which got infected and led to the internal swelling?
Do you have a history of diabetes or other chronic illnesses?

You will need to consult a doctor to determine the exact infection by testing your blood or pus cultures. The sooner the better.
You will also need to take a course of antibiotic tablets along with application of antibiotics. It would be best to do a culture and sensitivity test to determine the most effective antibiotic for you.

Do you have any other rashes elsewhere, or any other complaints? Considering your age, underlying illnesses, and possibility of prolonged healing time, i would advise you to see a doctor and get thoroughly examined to assess the extent and depth of infection.

Do get back to me with the clarifications as requested above and I can guide you regarding further management. You may send an image of the rash if you would like. Also, feel free to get back with any doubts you may have.
Take care and have a good day.
