Brief Answer:
Consult neurologist as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Visual involvement with smell abnormalities may be due to space occupying lesions at basifrontal and orbital apex region.
Other possibility in case of acute presentation may be stroke.
Another possibility of optic neuritis with demyelinating lesions? multiple sclerosis can also be having such features.
You need to provide more details regarding consciousness, vomiting, headache, diplopia, loss of consciousness, seizures, facial deviation or numbness, nasal regurgitation, speech change, hearing loss or any limb weakness.
You should consult a neurologist as soon as possible for evaluation, examination and treatment.
If waiting time is more than consult a Ophthalmologist or physician.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Consult a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
please specify what exactly is eating problem. Is she having loss of appetite or chewing difficulty or deglutination difficulty.
Is there any nasal regurgitation.
With all these symptoms involvement of multiple cranial nerves is most likely and the etiology and prognosis can only be ascertained after examination, investigation.
