Brief Answer:
laparoscopic surgery can open blocked tubes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health care magic,

As you said that right Fallopian Tubes is blocked and if your left tube is patent ,it will still be possible to achieve pregnancy without too much medical intervention provided that your Ovaries are functioning right.

Speak to your doctor, she may give you fertility drugs to increase the chances of ovulation.

In some cases, laparoscopic surgery can open blocked tubes or remove scar tissue that is causing the blockage.

You will have a 20% to 40% chance of getting pregnant after surgery.

If you have done your husband's semen analysis? Is it Normal?

Because, if there are any male infertility issues, you might want to skip surgery.

I would like to let you know that the chances of ectopic pregnancy are higher after surgery to treat tubal blockage.

Consult gynaecologist for further advice.

Hope this will help.
