Question: I have what to me looks like a blister due to friction burn on my penis. It also as little tiny white spots that look like tiny white heads that flake off. What can I use to heal it. It does hurt at all

I had fungal in between my toes and on my toe nails a couple years ago and now the fungal is coming back in between my toes again. Do you think that has something to do with it? And also can I get the fungal meds over the counter?
