One of the commonest reasons of watery diarrhea is an infection.
More ominous is black color.
Commonest reasons is a bleed in the intestinal tract, usually in the upper GI up to proximal half of large bowel.

Hence I would advise you the following:
First of all to attend the ER or Hospital.
Investigations of blood, urine and stool in particular.
Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy to watch for the course of the bleeding.
Appropriate treatment as per the clinical evaluation and reports of the investigations.
