Brief Answer:
Symptoms due to Gastrooesophageal reflux

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Cause of pain is likely to be due to Gastrooesophageal reflux. Intake of oily food leads to increased relaxation of lower oesophagus sphincter (normally the sphincter is closed and prevents reflux of gastric contents into oesophagus).

I would suggest you the following

1. Avoid alcohol and excess caffeine beverage
2. Avoid sleeping or lying down immediately after food.
3. Combination of Pantoprozole and Domperidone will be helpful : To Be taken for 15 days
4. Empirical Helicobacter Pylori eradication: H Pylori eradication kit like Ulcikit or HP kit , one kit per day for 10 days will prevent recurrence
5. Regular exercise
6. Consume food on time.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Keep me updated

Take care
