Suggest Treatment For Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia

Question: A 29 yrs old female, diagnosed with diagnosed with acute myeloblastic leukemia m2 one year ago, received 7+3 chemotherapy, she got remission after high dose alexane, then allogenic b.m transplant done pt relapse on day 140 post op and acute leukemia was found, full report with more details available, attached with this report, what is her next step in management and what treatment options available for her.? All her previous treatment done out side USA is there any new treatment available in the USA so she can travel to USA ?

Thanks for your query.

This is indeed an unfortunate scenario for this young lady. Almost all of the standard options have been exhausted. Outside of a clinical trial, only palliative care is appropriate as any other therapy may cause more harm than benefit.

I have run a search for clinical trials in the US on adult AML. I have provided the link below. Not all are applicable for her, but some are. You can contact the trial sites and see if she can be enrolled in any of these.
