Question: I have acne on upper back ..They are not itching in nature but they are a lot of acnes .Please provide me some guidance :)

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule isotretinoin 0.5 mg perkg body weight per day after getting your baseline liver function tests and lipid profile done.
Along with this I would recommend you to apply benzoyl peroxide 10 percent gel on the pimples of the back twice daily.
These medicines need to be continued for a long time but under the supervision of the doctor.
These are prescription drugs and you need to be see the doctor in person to get them.
