Brief Answer:
Most common, safe and effective measures listed

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Your marks are quite minimal and should fade away with time, but here are a few suggestions:

+Cortisone cream: To be applied over the region (cleaned and dry) twice daily for 2-3 weeks
+Skin lightening creams containing kojic acid, arbutin and ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
+Make sure you wash your face well enough and not too regularly, but enough to keep your skin healthy and clean at all times
+Eat a diet that provides you with all the nutrients required to keep your skin healthy, including vitamin E and omega acids

Please understand that the process of getting rid of makes takes time, please do not end up using chemicals that can cause you harm or skin or to your health in the long run. Some creams can prove to be more effective, but can harm your general health in the long run, keep away from them.

Please also feel free to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Thank you for the clarification.. I have tried kojic acid but it didn't not seem effective.. Is momate useful ? And how long does kojic acid take to show effect.

Brief Answer:
No momate will not help and should be avoided ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.

No momate will not be useful as it does not serve the purpose at all, and if at all you have acne then using momate can even make the acne worse, so avoid it completely.

As for the kojic acid, it is used more in combination with vitamin C, vitamin E, arbutin, etc; and does not really prove effective when used as a stand alone product.

Please see if you can speak to a pharmacist and get a topical application which has most or all of the above mentioned contents, this should help greatly.

It usually takes a few months ma'am. Is the cream 'No Marks' still available in India? If it is, you can try that, it does seem to have a good effect reported by many.

Best wishes.
