Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sorry for late reply.
I have reviewed the pictures which you have uploaded in your previous query.
Apart from acne, it seems you have also got another condition called rosacea.
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory condition where acne-like papules are developed over face and these papules especially over nose may coalesce and become thick, fibrous growths over the time called Rhinophyma.
From the pictures, the papular lesions visible over nose seems to be initial lesions of rhinophyma.
The best treatment option in your case would be debulking of the papular lesions with Carbon dioxide laser or radio frequency cautery under the hands of certified dermatologist. The treatment may require multiple sessions. Discuss with a dermatologist about this.
Apart from debulking the excess tissue, the underlying inflammation should be controlled with some additionally treatment.
Oral doxycycline 100mg twice daily for few months will help in reducing the inflammation and thus resolution of your condition. These are prescribed medication. You need to get by doctor prescription.
Apply clindamycin and metronidazole gel twice a day over the lesions.
Apply benzoyl peroxide gel (2.5%) at bedtime.
I am sure with the treatment highlighted you be much better.
Please feel free to ask for my assistance anytime you need.

Hi,

Thanks for detailed explanation on condition.

I have few questions to clarify.
1. How much amount it will cost generally to debunking? (Amount atleast for a session)
2. Will there be any skin changes after debunking? Any side affects or facial look changes?
3. Please clarify more about below medicines. In what form should I need to take this medicines like tablets or ointment etc? Can I directly get these in medical or cosmetic shop by telling the below names or any product name is there for these medicines?Should I still go to Dermatologist before taking these medicines or I can apply it directly?

Oral doxycycline 100mg twice daily
clindamycin and metronidazole gel twice a day over the lesions
benzoyl peroxide gel (2.5%) at bedtime

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
1. The cost varies from doctor to doctor and also on the instrument used. Usually the charges of one session of Carbondioxide laser is somewhere between 3000-7000 per session while radiocautery is cheaper with range of 1000-3000 per session.

2.There will be some transient sequelae like redness, swelling followed by crusting for few days after the session.
Adequate post-procedure precautions like use of sunscreen, antibiotic cream and moisturizer should be strictly followed for better healing and to prevent any complications.

3. The medications I mentioned should be taken only after thorough consult with your treating dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Ayurveda has some medications and herbs for acne and rosacea but I doubt if they can take care of thickened papules on your nose though Ayurvedic medications may definitely control your inflammation of rosacea.
As such I dont think any home-based treatment is going to do any good to you.
You can try using multani-mitti and turmeric paste application.
