Brief Answer:
Some spasm in the digestive tract could cause it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such description is characteristic for sudden spasm in the digestive tract. It can be stomach spasm, gallbladder spasm or spasm in the intestines.
It does not have to indicated any disease. Such spasm sometimes can happen for no reason.
However, as you are over 50 (the risk of any serious digestive tract disease is higher), you should have some tests done to make sure everything is fine. I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis and colonoscopy. If the symptoms will reappear, gastroscopy should be also done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I am experiencing a lot of fatigue.

It is difficult for me to work 5 days then I can spend the whole weekend sleeping. I have been experiencing this problem for most of my life.

Can you help me understand what is wrong with me?

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Fatigue is very nonspecific symptom. Especially if its present for whole life. Hypothyroidism, anemia or even depression can be the reason. I suggest you to consult your doctor and have basic tests done including thyroid tests and blood work.
