Brief Answer:
abcess

Detailed Answer:
hello and thanks for writing in.

i have seen the photograph.it looks like an abscess to me.

is there any cavity related to that tooth?

sometimes due to gum problem periodontal abscess is seen.periodontal abscess can be in a tooth without decay also.

if i were your treating doctor i would advice you to go for a complete scaling (tooth and gum cleaning).
take a course of antibiotic like ofloxacin plus ornidazole for 5 days.
take multivitamin like A to Z for 15 days.

go for the IOPA(intra oral periapical) xray of that region to see the amount of infection.

rinse your mouth with a good antiseptic mouthwash thrice daily.

there is nothing to worry about.

just follow the steps and it should be fine.

you can upload the x ray so that i can have a better idea about the amount of infection.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back.

Is that area raised and filled with some liquid or the area is shallow and punched out because from the picture it’s not getting clear.

A shallow area can be a canker sore or apthous ulcer and it can occur in that area.

As I said just take the multivitamin and antibiotic for 5 days and look for the area.it will resolve in a week.

Otherwise you should visit a doctor for x ray and clinical examination.

Dr. Shesh

It became slight high today. No pain at all, just a bit uneasiness. Really worried. It seems that there can be pus inside. No pain or swallow in the gums.

Detailed Answer:
Don't worry. Just take the medicine for 5 days.

It will get resolved.

If it persists after that then you should visit a dentist.

Hope this satisfies your query.
