Question: Follow up question to Dr.Ajit Naniksingh
Hi Doctor, based on your advice, pls find reports attached. I guess the reports are clean. However I'm still suffering issues cited in my earlier post. If I don't pass motion, I feel terrible, lot of physical and stomach discomfort, gas movement, burping, and stress/pressure in head, light headedness etc., As part of my job, I've to travel as well and this issue is concerning a lot. Earlier I used to think there could be some issue with stomach as I had duodenal ulcer in the past. But with MRI coming clean, can I safely assume that there are no issues with stomach and intestines? Pls suggest. Thanks.

Yes from the information you have provided I gather that you have irritable bowel syndrome
Do Assure your self and take good care of your self
A probiotic twice a day for 6 weeks should help
If there is lot of gas get a stool report done

Hi Doctor, Pls find the reports attached. Should I use Econorm capsules twice a day for 6 weeks? In market, econorm sachets are also available. Are both one and same? In future, whenever I have IBS symptoms, can I safely take econorm 6 week course (Actually, I've used Econorm capsules for about 2 months during Jun-July timeframe)

Econorm capsules and sachets are same
If you have taken the same in July, why not try a different combination like actigut or VSL#3
Also a word of caution, do not take any medicine even if you have found it safe, without consulting your doctor
