Brief Answer:
Needs management, rest is only natural remedy that can help

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. In viral myositis , Treatment comprises bed rest, intravenous fluids, and symptomatic management with antipyretics and analgesics. Antiviral agents such as amantadine could be considered in adults.

As far as natural supplements are concerned, the only natural remedy is rest as much as possible. Vitamins that help with the muscle and bones like vitamin D, calcium supplements etc can be used. Rest these do not treat or help in treating viral myositis. Compliance with the medications and balanced diet of 3000 calories in a day will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
Not safe

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Quercetins are not even indicated for viral myositis , these are used for hepatitis but their safety is yet to be established. Silver is not safe to use . Colloidal silver isn't considered safe or effective for any of the health claims manufacturers make. Silver has no known purpose in the body. Nor is it an essential mineral, as some sellers of silver products claim.

I would like you to avoid these products for the safety hazards and talk to your rheumatologist for further management.

I hope it helps.

Khan
