Brief Answer:
Might be due to muscle strain, tablet Diclofenac

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
To suggest whether to visit doctor right now or to wait till tomorrow, depends on how severe is the pain.
Since when tout have been experiencing this pain?
Have you had any spicy food in the night?
Is there any history of trauma?.

To be exactly diagnose an examination is must, but based on the information I think it might be due to a muscle strain. So presently I would suggest you to apply moov, to the affected area. Take tablet ranitidine and tablet Diclofenac 50 mg.

In case if the pain increases, I would suggest you to see doctor.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care
