Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your child health care.
I can understand your concerns here.
I have gone through your child pic and it can be due to allergy or mosquito bites.
But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions from you.
Is he having itching, fever and any other associated symptoms?
Where they are situated mainly in the exposed area?
Are you change any products like oil, powder recently?
For how long it is there?
Are you giving any medication?
Please revert back to me with my answers.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Most probably a mosquito bite.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,

With your history and symptoms it is most likely due to mosquito bite.
You can apply camphor with coconut oil to ease his itching.
Keep eye on rashes if they are not disappear in 3-4 days, you should consult with your paediatrician.
For tight stool you should give him more water and liquids( in form of vegetables soup, juices, pulses water).
Yellow color of urine indicate that he is deficient in water.
So I think increase in water intake solve his problem. ( in summer season water intake should be more).
His stool is ok as he is solid food.
Hope it is useful.
