Brief Answer:
Golfers elbow. Rest, ice, compression, medication

Detailed Answer:
Ho there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have pain in performing pulling activities ?

Is the pain in the inner side of your elbow ?

Do you have any tingling or numbness over the inner aspect of forearm and little finger ?

Or is possible you have a condition called Golfers elbow, where there will be pain in the inner aspect of elbow and activities that needs the wrist to palmar flex will cause pain, such as pulling, lifting weights.

If you have tingling or numbness in the inner aspect of forearm and hand, it could be ulnar nerve compression at the elbow.

Apply ice. Avoid the activity that precipitates the pain. Wear an elbow splint or Tennis elbow splint for some relief. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals. Drink plenty of water.

Kindly answer my queries for me to be in a better position to help you.
