Brief Answer:
Pacitane related side effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Idiopathic parkinson's disease is a progressive disease controlled on medication at various doses and combinations.
Increased heart rate may be due to pacitane as it is anticholinergic. You should decrease the doses or stop if feasible.
Other possibility may be autonomic dysfunction in some types of parkinsonism.
If decreasing pacitane does not improves tachycardia then you have to consult your treating physician and get evaluated accordingly.
Continue rest medications as were being taken previously.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
