Question: Hi doctor.
I'm a 21 years old man who the last 10 days have been getting pain on my left penis shaft. I have always worked the penis a lot through masturbation daily and it has always been in good shape. This also happened completely out of no where and it feels like the left side of my penis is completely dead, it feels like a broken foot that's in a package. Further more i have tried to locate what causes the pain and have discovered a medium large vein on the middle of my shaft that goes from the left side over on the right side. I have normally had a vein less penis, but suddenly out of nowhere i got these veins. i am an uncut guy and whenever i gently pull a bit in my foreskins opening just to stretch it ready the vein rolls up upon my penis head. I don't know where the pain comes from but it rolls up that round edge where my penis head starts. I haven't had sex in a really long time, though i have had unprotected sex 1 year ago i never got checked for. I have not had any symptoms or problems since then, so i don't assume it has anything to do with STD's. I have studied varicose veins and the big vein on my left seems to be sore when i touch it. It's primarily my left side of the penis that's sore and hurtful not to mention that my penis head is also itchy. My frenulum on the back has a red line all the way down and more read inflamtion i think and it has always been like that. Some days my frenulum can stretch 100% so i can drag all my foreskin back, some days it can't and my penis bend as my frenulum seem to short. Further more i have noticed since i have always been fairly good at masturbating 3-5 a day and not visiting the toilet so much - that my pattern has changed... I am not masturbating at all now because of the pain in my shaft. My penis is very sore, sweathy and red with these blue veins. (Yes i am white) - i also had to pee 4 times within 3 hours having only drinked 3 glasses of soda and normally i can hold in 3 liters without no problem. In the beginning when i jerked off and it took to long i also felt my penis build up a desire to pee as i was masturbating and i had to go pee instead. I also pee in the morning when i wake up now, something i haven't always done. When i pee i got a hot burning from the penis as the penis head is itchy or irritated and i can sometines feel it deep through my penis. Now i gave you everything. Primarily the pain on my shaft with the vein left side is killing me plus the peeing. It's like something is pressing on my bladder because i dont always know when i need to pee, it sort of gets very hot in my middle way below my penis region and i can sort of feel it pressures like if i keep it in and i have squeeze it. I havent had sex for a year as told. Hope you can help me cuz its killing me softly. Further more if it has anything... if i can withstand the pain which i do not do i can still get hard and cum but i fear the worst like testical cancer, vericose veins problems, diabetes etc... I am weighting 135 kilos and 191 cm tall hope you can help - Buttomline: In general my dick feels very sore and have a read penis head as you can see plus red parts on the frenulum but what is most hurtful is the demage with ghe left vein it feels like my left side of the dick is in some emballage - its like it has been local injected like you do with operations so the patient cannot feel - yet sometimes when i get real hard the pain gets less but as sokn as i cum it starts to hurt again like my vein pumping bloods - whenever i lift my penis just by signals with the brain it hurts - my dick is always sore and hurtful
