Question: I have a pain in my left shoulder area. Shoul i be concerned
You can take diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets for pain relief. It would get better in a few days. So, no need to worry.

I ask about shoulder pain because ive heard its a sign of maybe heart attack or lung cancer. What are the signs of those should i be concerned

Symptoms of heart attack to watch for are: pain in the center of chest, which comes on exertion (walking or climbing stairs), which may radiate to left arm and hand.
In lung cancer, symptoms include chest pain, cough, bleeding in sputum, weight loss and loss of appetite.
Therefore in this context I wouldn't be worried about heart attack or cancer. Try the pain medication and if it doesn't resolve we can evaluate further.
