Suggest Remedy For Pain In Arm Caused By Rotator Cuff Tear

Question: Pain in upper right arm after using miouse. Pain is like muscle burn after a workout. Once i move it around a bit it pops like the pops your knees make when squatting. Then it aches off and on is tender to touch. Can raise and lower but bone in front pops when raise. No pain when raise. What could this be??feels achy in upper arm when holding cell or book
