Brief Answer:
Continue breastfeeding frequently monitor urine output

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually vomiting and loose stools at this age is viral infection.
It may take upto a week to settle.
You need not panic and rush.
Ensure frequent breastfeeding and monitor if she passes urine atleast six to eight times a day. This will ensure that she is not getting dehydrated.
I also prescribe probiotic like bifilac syrup 2 ml twice daily for such babies in my clinic for 5 days.
By tomorrow you can show her to your daughter if loose stools persist.
This is important as clinical examination is must in young infants to assess severity of illness.
Antibiotics are rarely required.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
