Brief Answer:
You will have to try XXXXXXX milk.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You have not mentioned the symptoms, but the best way is to try out XXXXXXX milk and check whether he tolerates it. There is cross reactivity between cow and XXXXXXX milk as both contain caesin.

2. Sot milk and corn milk are safe alternatives. Treated milk products which lower the caesin and lactose concentration, including powdered milk, butter, cream and ghee are well tolerated.

3. Food Intolerance is an IgG mediated sensitivity which as chronic symptoms (unlike IgE based immediate hypersensitivity) and hence experimentation is easily possible.

4. A milk exclusion diet will require you to ensure that the nutritional content of his diet, for example sources of calcium, are replaced with adequate amounts of other sources.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Highly unlikely that this is food intolerance alone.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. None of above symptoms are proven to result from food intolerance.

2. The cause for ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is unknown. Certain food colouring agents are implicated and supplementation of polyunsaturated and omega 3 fatty acids has been attempted.

3. Delayed speech should be evaluated by checking the hearing first.

4. Delayed milestones and ADHD should be evaluated by a Paediatrician and a Child Psychologist. Sometimes there is a past history of problems during pregnancy or childbirth.

5. I normally recommend excluding those foods in the test report with values above 50.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
