Question: every time i get my blood pressure taken i get light headed and my vision changes (all i can describe it as whiting out vision like black out but i never pass out) happens when i get blood drawn also. get a shot poked or jabbed. at times just sitting typing or watching a video i get dizzy. recently a nurse noticed double beat when she took the bp and my doctor ignored it like its no big deal. like most of my problems. im 26 years old and been told i have normal bp and blood work.

Brief Answer:
No abnormality with heart

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,

From your description it looks like an anxiety or panic attack.
There is nothing serious with your heart.
Double beat that noticed the nurse is a benign arrhythmia, which can be seen among healthy, young people, nothing to be concerned, and there is no need for treatment.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you a good health
