Brief Answer:
Get CT head if symptoms persists

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Trivial head injury without any loss of consciousness, seizures, vomiting, Bleeding via ear and nose need not require any investigation.
Minor head injury leads to concussion injury with associated mild headache and dizziness.
If symptoms do not improve in few weeks approx 2-4 weeks then you should get an imaging.
Xray isn't the gold standard test and CT head with bone window will be better choice for fracture or any internal bleeding.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
