Question: Earlier in the day I was dizzy, had thought maybe it was because I hadn't eaten yet, so I ate, then I was still dizzy.... a short while after that my tongue went numb..... and then after that some fingers in my right hand went numb.... would this possibly be a XXXXXXX stroke? I do have a heart condition, had a stent put in in January 2014

Brief Answer:
Stroke is a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I considering your history of having to put a stent I understand your concern.

The symptoms you are describing, including headache, dizzyness, visual disturbances, numbness of your right hand, feeling of tongue numbness could be in the setting of a stroke and they should be investigated after.

Of course there are other more benign explanations and usually limb involvement is more general then some fingers, could be a metabolic disturbance (blood sugar, electrolytes) which can produce similar symptoms or simply anxiety.

However considering your past history for vascular heart disease which makes it more likely other vessels in your body might be involved including the brain, I suggest you seek medical attention in order to have physical exam and if necessary diagnostic imaging testing.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
