Question: Hi, I am 25 years old, female with sensitive, wheatish to dark complexion skin and never use make up products except on rare ocassions and use dove soap for general hygiene. I take thyronorm 100 microgm for my hypothyrodism. I have sudden acne break out on face and neck (white boils and red spots) with uneven skin tone which started 6-7 months back. Else my face was clear since the time I was 16. My menstrual cycle is regular. I was prescribed Aziderm 20 % gel (which when applied my face burns a lot with new itchy rashes causing acne to spread), Kojivit gel (which seems to be working very slow), evion 400, azee 500. Prior to this i have been prescribed deriva cms gel by a different doctor with no results. Could you please suggest a good soap/ointment/vitamins or any treatment? I must also mention that around the time the acne break out started my skin started becoming very dry with no oil secretion. Otherwise before the acne breakout my skin was always dripping oily and got oily within a couple of hours of washing my face. Did the acne start because my face stopped secreting natural oils? I have lost confidence and am very depressed since my otherwise clear skin is severely blotched and scarred.
I think The infection started after a facial appointment at a beauty parlour where they tried to pull out a black head forcefully which left a open scar and started spreading.

I keep getting white boils which leave black and red scars on my face. I was tested negative for an allergy patch test. Please help.

I also started having pigmentation one my left upper arm which started as 1 mm red unraised blood spots which disappear when touched and appear again when untouched and turn dark in a day or two. now the upper arm is a little darker all over and looks like a XXXXXXX I was prescribed a KZ 2 % cream and KZ soap and Hyde solution for this along with the acne treatment by the same doctor. but i still get the spots on my arms. and I have very uneven skin tone all over my body.

To conclude could you please suggest a good treatment for my acne and blemishes and uneven skin tone on all of my body and some good general hygiene products since I am looking to get married and this has become a turn off for many eligible suitors. I'm not open to any cosmetic surgeries and would like to get this resolved with mild medicines and ointments as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your time
