Brief Answer:
Possibility of parkinsons disease or essential tremors with cervical radicu

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unilateral tremors may be due to idiopathic parkinsons disease or essential tremors.
In parkinsons disease other features are also present like slowness in activities, stiffness of limbs.
Essential tremor may be unilateral initially but becomes bilateral and has a family history too.
Fasciculations are not part of above mentioned causes and may be due to cervical radiculopathy.
For detailed examination you need to visit a neurologist.
Investigation like brain or spinal imaging may be required.
Treatment for tremors can be started by taking clonazepam or primidone.
Definite treatment require investigation and diagnosis.
Provide any other clinical symptoms if present like weakness, wasting of limbs, speech change, dysphagia, neck pain, urinary complains.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
