Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

The area needs to be examined and a digital rectal examination should be done. Anal fistula is a possibility and should be looked for on the examination. Fecal soiling and perineal discomfort can occur. Necrotic and draining tumor should be ruled out and treatment with fistulotomy can be advised in consultation with a general surgeon.
