Brief Answer:
Recurrent aphthous ulcers or allergic stomatitis, medication

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
as far as the recurring ulcers are concerned it can be because of allergic stomatitis or recurrent aphthous ulcers.
Nothing to be panic consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to find out the allergic component and should avoid such food items.
Mean whole you can use topical steroids like triamcinolone acetonide and topical analgesI like choline salicylate.
Do saline gargling. you will be fine in 5 days.
I hope I have answered your quwrites are there then reply me back. If possible upload the images if the ulcer for better diagnosis and treatment plan. Take care.

Brief Answer:
medication, saline gargling

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
I have gone through the images. As per the images it looks more like allergic stomatitis.
Regarding the ulcers, take ointment triamcinolone acetonide(kennalog), topical anesthetic and analgesic like lignocaine and choline salicylate(anabel). The pain and ulcers will subside in 2-3 days. Nothing to be panic, do not take tension. Tension aggravates the onset of ulcers. Be calm and follow the above said medicines. Apply the topical anesthetic and analgesic before food so that the ulcers will not hurt you. After food you can apply triamcinolone acetonide (apply 4-5 times in a day). You can use soda bicorb mouth washes..
I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
