Question: Dear Dr.

My age is 44 and am on the border line of Thyriod. My latest test results shows a SERUM TSH 6.95 which is slightly above the normal range. I have so far not consulted any Dr. on this issue. Please advise if i need to take any medicine or dietery restrictions to control my TSH level.
