What sort of health check ups should be done for men before having a baby?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are planning for baby and want to know the necessary test to be carried out for man
1) Consult qualified Urologist or General Physician for clinical examination as a general check up to rule out
1) Neurological disorder.
2) Hypertension
3) General health check up to rule out Varicocele.
and get following basic tests to
1) Haemogram with blood group and Rh typing
2) Blood Sugar estimation
3)Thyroid hormone assessment
4) Semen Analysis to know sperm count ,sperm motility and morphology of sperms.

Further tests if required will depend upon results of these tests .
