Question: What is Cifran Ct used for and what's the dosage. I have bloated feeling in stomach, gas and sense of fullness

To address problem like yours, I usually prescribe to take simethicone 3 times daily to reduce bloating or ease the uncomfortable feeling.
Furthermore, I also highly advise to: -
1. Eat often, small portions and slowly, do not use straw when drinking
2. Avoid carbonated drinks/fatty foods - avoid chewing gums or candies to prevent too much air forming inside your intestines, especially in the afternoon or at dinner.
3. Sedentary life will also aggravate feeling bloating; so, I highly recommend to get physically involved.
Regarding the dosage, Usually 1 tab twice daily for 5-10 days for gastroenteritis.
