Question: Hi,

I am suffeirng from piles like symptoms.
Blooding while toilet..

Can you suggest what to do till the time i visit doctor. Is Arurvedic treatment better than homeopathic?

Which food should i avoid

Thanks for posting the query,

The blood in stools could be due to a tear in the anal canal also. So firstly i suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get it examined to role out weather it is piles or just a fissure.

You can use smuth or pilex ointment for local application. And have lot of fibrous food like legumes, spinach and apples.
Do sitz bath.

And coming to the opinion on homeopathy or ayurveda, i am not aware of there treatment options as i practice Allopathy.

Any issues do follow up.
