Question: I suffer from PCO,DIABETES AND SJOGRENS hypertension, at present i seem to have a lot of pain generally and an increase in pain in the thighs especially when i am lying down ,and occasional palpitations/

Well looking into your problem it seems that you are having body ache specially in thighs.

There can be many reasons but myopathy and chronic fatigue syndrome needs to be ruled out . Also any drugs you are taking might lead to this .

On important test would be CPK levels , LDH , SGOT also needs to be done . I think you should consult a physician for this as it is multifactorial issue and many factors can contribute to pain.
