Detailed Answer:

Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Looks like you have developed an sensitive stomach.
But worthwhile ruling out other possibilities.
Worthwhile getting an cbc, liver function test, sonography of stomach and stool routine with occult blood (stool test on 3 different days), glucose random and tsh to rule out other problems after consulting your doctor.
try following things and see how you feel
1. eat on time
2 exercise regularly
3 develop some hobbies
4 go for regular walk
5 sleep adequately for 8 hrs
6 avoid stress
7 avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
8 avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
9 take small frequent meals
10 do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques
11. increase dietary fiber intake too

Also try over the counter antacid and omez 20 once a day (before breakfast) with isapgula (fiber) supplements at night and see if it helps you.

If symptoms persist or weight loss continues then seeing your physician and getting advanced tests like CT scan or endoscopies will help too.
all the lifestlye modification will help you in long run.
hope this answers your query.
happy to help
wish you a speedy recovery.
