Brief Answer:
Check for infection...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The sperm analysis shows 6-7 puss cells which suggests possible infection / inflammation. The rest of the parameters wouldn't worry you.
May I know the reason why you had the sperm analysis done?
Awaiting your response...

Brief Answer:
Perhaps worthwhile to repeat the test...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Presence of pus cells suggest possible infection. I would not jump into treating with medications yet. It would be worthwhile to repeat the test. If the pus cells persist or worsen, I'd recommend consulting an urologist for evaluation.
I can understand that your brother's family has fertility problem. But besides the pus cells, all other factors are acceptable and wouldn't hinder in the process of conceiving.
Let me know if you have any other specific questions.
