Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There is a mild increase in the cell count percentage. mildly increased red blood cell and platelet cell size , mildly increased alkaline phosphatase. These are not significant when analysed separately.

Kindly let me know why these tests were done.

Brief Answer:
A repeat complete blood count and a peripheral blood smear

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Her mildly raised alkaline phosphatase might be due to growing bones.

For the other slightly out of range test results, I would advise you to get a repeat complete blood count done along with a peripheral blood smear test.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
