Question: Sir i have white acne on face from a long time of 5-6 years.i hv consulted many doctors near me but no medicine even work 1%.sir plz suggest how it can be cured?

Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You are mostly having closed comedones.
I would recommend you to take tablet minocycline 100 mg once daily and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the comedones and pimples at night.
For faster results I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get them extracted.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Also avoid oiling of scalp, avoid facials, cosmetics, sugary foods and dairy foods.

Mam if i take these medicine then how much tym it take to completely cured and after leaving medicine is there any problem of these type acne again or it will permanent gone.and mam plz tell me if i got extracted these then will it be permanent extraction or any chance to come back? Mam will this medicine work surely 100% ?and mam if we try these medicine any special precautions plz tell me.

12-14 weeks, 90 percent resolution of acne

Detailed Answer:
You need to take these medicines for at least 12-14 weeks and they will cause upto 90 percent cure of your acne.
If you get them extracted and take the medicines I have mentioned they will not come back.
Whenever you apply the cream it should be in minute amounts and apply only on the affected areas.
In the beginning apply for 1-2 hours and then wash your face with plain water.
Gradually increase the duration of application of the cream and keep it overnight.
