Sir I Had Sex On 14 Th Nov And 19
Question: Sir i had sex on 14 th nov and 19 nov with csw .on 14 nov i haven’t done any intercourse but she was on me .i ejaculated .one 19 there was proper sex with comdom . I had done cmia test from lal path lab after risky exposer on 28th nov 5dec and ,12 dec my reading were 0.06,0.07and 0.08 respectively. Iam am felling very fatigued,nausea, werid thoughts sweats loosing weight .please provide me good information .should i relax because my last test was after 28 days of my risky exposure .

Your sexual activities were not of high risk type for HIV transmission.
In the first event you were not having any penetrative sex and in the second instance you had a protected intercourse. So your HIV risk is negligible only.
Regarding your test report, CMIA Combo HIV test is highly accurate, but only after 12 weeks after the exposure. It may detect HIV earlier. But any individual will develop antibodies against HIV in the presence of an infection only 6 weeks after the exposure and may be delayed up to 12 weeks (Window period). IF it is a COMBO test, it could detect both antigen and antibodies against HIV. Antigen detection is possible much earlier, but can detect only HIV 1 infection and not HIV 2 which is a very rare possibility.
As far as your test is concerned, test done on 28th day (28 days after the first exposure and not after the second exposure) may rule out the possibility of HIV1 infection. HIV 2 can be detected only with antibodies which can be expressed conclusively only after 12 weeks after the exposure.

What about my symptoms weight loose ,i think i have swollen lymph nodes also , nausea , fatigued and yes that test was duo combo test hiv1/2 p24 antigen . I read in your previous answers that 28 days is good for a cmia test from lal path lab . I an having nightmares. Muscle pains .

Yes i had done oral sex also on 19 but with condom on . She had given me bj but with condom on .As on 14 November is concerned she was giving me body to body meassage i ejaculated thats .

28 days are not enough for 4 th generation test cmia ?? According to your previous answers on website i read 28 days is enough

I have done one more hiv 1/2 p24 combo test (cmia) at dr lal path labs that cost Rs 480 after 28 days of my last export . That comes negative with value 0.06.is this conclusive?
