Brief Answer:
You have soft tissue lesion in liver and polyp in Gall Bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the reports that you have posted you seem to have soft tissue tumour mostly Hemangioma and polyps in Gall Bladder.

Significant residual urine in urinary bladder suggests bladder outlet obstruction and needs to be investigated

Rest of the blood reports are well within acceptable range.

Need to consult qualified Urologist and Surgeon for further evaluation and treatment

Thanks and Regards

The Gastrologist has said out the following:
1. Small hemangioma of liver which does not require any treatment.
2. Tiny gallbladder polyps which do not require any treatment. Regular follow up to be done.
Further request you to give in with your Opinion on second report Attached of Scrottum which is attached alongwith the USG Abdomen.
